By accepting this assignment, I agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information related to the CLEPA Innovation Awards, which I may receive in the course of my duties. I will not disclose, use, or publish any confidential information, unless expressly authorised by the CLEPA Secretary General or another authorised individual in writing, or as required for the performance of my work.

The term "Confidential Information" encompasses all proprietary information concerning the CLEPA Innovation Awards and associated products. This includes, but is not limited to: (i) technical information; (ii) member identities and sales strategies; (iii) market studies and data; (iv) sales and marketing plans; (v) financial data; (vi) trade secrets and know-how related to product manufacturing, design, or processing; (vii) supply sources; (viii) physical samples or devices; and (ix) any other proprietary processes or methods.
